Bussie could use some minor TLC in various areas. I plan to fix them all if you offer me my price. They are nothing an average handyman cannot handle. To fix them all might take a maximum of $3000 in parts, and a fair amount of my time. If you don't ask me to fix any of them I'll give you 5K - 15K discount depending on whether you are paying me with cash or not.

 These things are:

• 3 Tone metallic paint job has minor blemishes, and dings from inconsiderate people, as well as some peeling and bubbled paint spots, with paint coming off the glass of the back window. Bussie does not need a new paint job, touchup & polish will do fine.
• Some minor touchup of interior wood finish. Liquid gold with a little wood polish & stain here and there. It is in great shape, and does not need to be revarnished or refinished.
• Reinstall Cellular Amplifier system (components in bus, nothing missing).
  
• Spring on  large patio awning. Spring does not allow opening of awning.
• Speedometer sender needs attention, probably transmission takeoff adaptor gears (an easy screw off, screw on after getting cheap part).
  
• Center divider return string needs attention
• Toilet seat is loose on one side
  
• Rear rock skirt could use some fresh bolts
  
• Back on Driver's seat needs a minor weld, but is usable for driving as is
• Front AC needs a relay, but has been wired around and works as is.
  
• Propane furnace needs a new burner manifold repair or replacement (this is probably the most major item)
  
• Generator control panel has a minor wiring issue that needs to be traced down, we currently have to start & shut it down from outside the bus.
  
• Some areas of wallpaper are coming away from the paneling. I would patch or repaper.
• Carpet and headliner have some minor spots that need to be cleaned/removed.
• Automatic Door step is not automatically deploying
• Cruise control not functioning
• While the Oil bath style Air filters are fine providing one covers up outside air intakes when parked in rain; I also have a new paper element style air filter system that can optionally be installed which will avoid the issue altogether

I know of no other flaws or issues
